Admission Policy
As directed by the competent authority all admissions shall be granted in accordance with the following quota
Eligibility Crieteria
1. Only the eligible students get admission. Admission to all levels is subjected to seat availability.
It is mandatory for all applicants to sit for an admission test.
2. Admission for HSSC-I begins after the SSC-II results are declared.
3. Candidates will apply through online registration system.
4. The college accepts fully completed admission forms until the specified deadline set by the FGEI
Directorate. Incomplete forms are promptly rejected.
5. Eligible candidates for interviews will be listed, and interview dates will be announced
accordingly.
6. Admission in science group (Pre Med / Pre Eng) & General Science will be restricted to the
candidates obtaining minimum 60% marks in SSC. Similarly minimum 50% marks will be
required to qualify as a candidate for admission in Arts subjects.
7. Maximum Age limit for admission in HSSC-I is 18 years.
8. Re-admission to HSSC first year will not be allowed accept in cases where a student could not
appear in 1st year examination owing to medical reasons and intimation in this respect will be
given to the college well in time.
9. Candidates with senior cambridge ,A/O levelexaminations will be granted provisional admission
subject to availability of seates /their suitablity will be determined by the principal and their
admissions will be confirmed only after the results are available.
10. College will announce the addmission by print and electronic media.
Documents Required
1. Residence certificate from the respective Cantt Board for civil students.
2. Service certificate from concerned Formation Unit for Armed Force Personnel.
3. Copy of pension book/ discharge documents for Retired Armed Forces Personnel.
4. Service certificate from the concerned office of defence paid employees.
5. Service certificate to that effect will be provided by Head of Office/ Institutions.
6. 2 x recent photographs.
7. Attested copy of form-B or CNIC.
8. Attested copy of father or mother CNIC.
9. School leaving certificate duly countersigned by DDO/ DEO.
10. Character certificate.
11. Any other documents which can be demanded by concerned institution.
